DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Los Angeles - Norwalk

The staff is always excellent. "T" and Denise from the front desk are super friendly and helpful as is all the staff. I enjoy staying here because its close to the freeway along with many dining and entertainment options nearby. The beds, linens and towels are comfortable. It's also nice to get the hot chocolate chip cookies when checking in.

Service was exceptional. We are in the process of moving from the OC to another state, and we had a pick up truck full of our belongings, and the front desk advised us to park at the arrival entrance so they could watch the truck and our belongings at no extra charge. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and inviting. My family and I felt welcomed and we were all very comfortable staying here. The only complaint was the musty smell upon entering our hotel room. It was a bit offensive. the hotel is located conveniently right off the 5 Freeway and when exiting the 5 Northbound Norwalk Blvd exit, you can enter the parking lot by making an immediate right after exiting the freeway and another immediate right which makes it super easy to find. After a long drive, being able to turn right into your hotel makes choosing the Doubletree Norwalk the most convenient choice. Exceptional staff, though our room was probably the less than par experience, the convenience and comfort provided by the facility really increased their rating averaging them at a 4.3 rating over all in my opinion. I would definitely stay again, except I will request a different room if I land in one that has a musty smell such as the room from this trip. We were just too exhausted to do anything about it so it wasn’t as bad as I am making it sound. Hope this helps.

I am not one to post google reviews, but I was very impressed with Cinthia at the front desk. She always made me and my friends feel welcome and she is very personable! We had packages come in, lost keys, a room accidentally cancelled and Cinthia helped us resolve all of it without making us feel like an inconvenience. She made our stay much better. If you are ever here know that Cinthia is your girl!

My bf and I stayed at this location a few days ago and we had a very nice stay. Cynthia at the front desk was so fun to interact with, she made us smile. She gave us an upgraded room for being Silver members without us having to request it. The only thing is that they do charge for parking and the spots are slightly smaller towards the front of the parking lot, but honestly other hotels charge more so it’s not that bad. Our room was nicely cleaned and when we requested additional supplies the staff made sure we got them in a timely manner. Also, We loved the warm cookies! Thank you Cynthia for make sure we got them. Also, it’s located right behind an AMC if you want a cute movie date.

Cynthia and Katie were super helpful in helping my fiancé surprise me with some lovely decorating, walking distance to The Outback. Our room had a beautiful view….

I'm a traveling surgical assistant. I live about 3.5 hours away. I frequenly come to this hotel at least 2x a week. Sebastian has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I really appreciate him. Not only is he professional, but he's always smiling, full of great energy. He definitely should be in a management position. Thank you so much for always going above and beyond.

Had a fantastic stay at the Double Tree in Norwalk,CA. Andy checked us in and couldn't have been more welcoming, hospitable, informative and professional. He had great suggestions for local restaurants and shopping. He sincerely cared about our needs and for that I will return.
